| YMCA CAMP HARRINGTON PARENT INFORMATION Welcome to YMCA Camp Harrington! We hope you and your child(ren) have been enjoying their time at camp! We will be having a Family Fun Night on Thursday Evening (7/5). The schedule for the evening is as follows. 5:30 - 6:45 P.M. Bring your own picnic (or buy pizza, juice & chips in front of the lodge), family swim, self-guided camp tours, raffles & other camp activities. 6:50 - 7:00 P.M. Camp Songs w/ Staff and Campers. 7:00 - 7:30 P.M. All camp Special Event in the field (“Alphabet Soup”)! 7:30 - 7:45 P.M. Departures As an additional service, your child(ren) are allowed to stay at camp for the Family Night until 5:30 P.M. and not use their usual form of transportation home. When you arrive for the Family Night, your child(ren) will be in the field with the camp staff until 5:15 P.M. Campers are moved to Arts & Crafts at 5:30 P.M. To utilize this service, please fill out the registration form below for the Family Night and return it to the camp office no later then Tuesday morning (7/3). On Monday evening (7/2), children that have completed grades 2nd – 5th & 6th, 7th, & Leaders will have an optional sleepover. The fee for the sleepover is $5 per camper or Leader. Campers will be provided with a pizza dinner and a cold breakfast. A packing list is also available online (or on the back of this form). Grades 2nd – 5th will sleep in the outdoor platform tents. An evening of sitting around the campfire, playing games, telling stories and toasting marshmallows is planned. Campers in grades 6th, 7th & Leaders will be enjoying an evening of laser tag, playing games and toasting marshmallows. They will be sleeping in the lodge & boathouse. To register for the sleepover, please fill out the Sleepover Registration Form below and return it to the camp office no later than Friday morning (6/29) with appropriate fee. Registration is first come first serve and numbers are limited to 40 participants for each age group. We look forward to meeting you and your family!
