The bears have fun playing with the leaders and canoeing. With Betsy cheering them on Andrea Batmen
and Keegan Smith made it to the top of the rock wall.

The Bengals started off the session with a great time paddling. Another favorite past time of the Bengals
was spent at the playground where they pretended to be in a spaceship and fly to imaginary planets.

During the week the Broncos enjoyed many swimming activities and particularly enjoyed the boating
competition when they won. Also they really enjoyed the egg drop compitition with Kim Possible.

The cardinals enjoyed time at the field playing doctor dodge ball and capture the flag. The also love the
peanut butter pit and the challenge to complete it.

This week the most exciting event for the chargers was how they conjoined groups with the chiefs.
During the theme of Halloween the chargers really enjoyed the thrill of the Haunted house. The boat
competition that took place during the week had been a great success for the cowboys because they
came in second place.

The cowboys really enjoyed playing string games such as cats cradle and making figures such as
witches broom and Jacobs ladder. On the other hand the dolphins had a great time with Magical Matt
roasting marshmallows and creating a bonfire. They also enjoyed swimming with friends and learning
new strokes.

The Eagles had tons of fun at boating, so much fun that they almost tipped the boat over. All of the
campers in the group loved the rock wall, so much that they wanted to skip blocks to see Pilar Muner.

Street hockey was a blast for everyone in the Falcons because everybody participated. At basketball and
chalk everybody was kept busy with either making the treasure map, basketball or four square.

At high ropes in the Giants mostly everybody climbed, which made it loads of fun for everyone. They had
their own mascot, Ted the rubber duck, which they carried around everywhere.

In the Jaguars all of the campers had a blast making the treasure map and the ships, which we raced.
The campers enjoyed eating lunch and getting to know each other.

The Panthers really enjoyed the climbing wall. The group was very generous and they were extremely
helpful to one another. When we had to go on rainy day schedeule the Patriots got to play DDR. The group
made archery fun by having competitions on who could get more bull’s eyes. The campers that swam in
the Rams enjoyed the swimming lessons a lot this session. The campers enjoyed the climbing the wall
and Marissa P. set the record for the medium wall, which made everyone really excited.

Down at the waterfront new toys and tubes were purchased. The lifeguards have improved their teaching
skills, which bettered the kid’s abilities to move up in swimming levels.

Tie-die flowers were a huge hit over at Arts & Crafts this week. Treasure boxes were created as apart of
the themed week of treasure hunting.

Genna Silverman shattered three cup stacking records at Special Activity. Some of the younger group
enjoyed the game giants, wizards and elves. The older kids really enjoyed laser tag and creating foods
with Bethany.

In science most of the groups thought of really cool ideas for the Easter egg drop, such as parachutes,
cushions and protection. In drama, karaoke revolution was a huge hit because of the special event and
some kids really shined.

At high ropes Shane did push-ups on the horizontal ladder, which really made other campers want to
climb. At the climbing wall Ryan Fisher set two records on the easy and medium wall. At the climbing wall
this past session spirits have hit an all time high.

From the haunted house to karaoke the leaders had a frightfully fun session. They sang silly songs, “I’m a
little Tea Pot Remix”, and guided campers and ate a massive amount of brownies. This session was a
blast from day one to day ten!… And that’s why we like ‘em.
