There are 3 categories of Alumni in the CHAA
(Board Members, Active Alumni, and Alumni)


Board of Directors (Board Members)

>At Least 16 years of Age and has been a camper, staff
member, or friend of Camp Harrington
>Participate in all meetings (either in body or via email
correspondence to all issues at hand)
>Be involved in event & fund raising planning
>Voting rights on Alumni Issues
>Set the Annual Goals for the Association each
December
>Nominate new Board members Annually to be
announced at the January Awards/Reunion Dinner
>Oversight of all 4 CHAA Funds
>
Dues set at 100.00 annually (these can be given
straight out, fund raised as part of any of the 4 CHAA
funds, or services/volunteer work equaling 100.00 can
be provided in place of the money)
>Recieve a membership card & choice of yearbook or
Year in Review CD-Rom Presentation annually
>Are elligible to annually apply for and/or receive a
250.00 to 1000.00 Scholarship Grant for educational or
professional purposes.

Active Alumni

>At Least 16 years of Age and has been a camper, staff
member, or friend of Camp Harrington
>Invited to help plan fund raising & social events
>Are polled on Alumni Issues to help the Board of
Directors
>Can be nominated to the Board of Directors
>
Dues are set at 5.00+ annually and can be directed at
any or all of the 4 CHAA Funds
>Receive a membership card, a Year in Review
CD-Rom Presentation, and can purchase a yearbook at
cost each year.
>Are elligible to annually apply for and/or receive a
250.00 to 1000.00 Scholarship Grant for educational or
professional purposes.

Alumni

>At Least 16 years of Age and has been a camper, staff
member, or friend of Camp Harrington
>Invited to help plan fund raising & social events
>Invited to ALL fund raising & social events
