There are many ways you as an alumni can help the camp, the
campers, the staff, and each other.
Probably the most satisfying way you can assist the first three in
that is through CHAA's Fund Programs. From everything making it
possible for a child to go to camp who couldn't otherwise afford it
to helping young staff members through our own Alumni
Scholarship Fund, the Fund Program is a great way to do
something you can really feel good about. Click here to visit the

We realize that not everyone is in a position in their life to help
Camp and the Alumni Association financially. However, you can
still help make our Alumni community richer by volunteering
content, your time, and your collective wealth of memories. As
more of a community project than a static structure, this website
will only thrive with your support. Here's what you can do:
Upload your photographs! A picture, I hear, is worth a thousand
words. We aim to create an enormous gallery of photographs from
our camp history. So scan in your old photos from around camp
and on days off and email them to Camp Directore Stephan
Lockney at Slockney@ymcaworcester.org or upload to snapfish
using the gallery guidelines. If you want to help us with this, but
don't have a way to scan in your photographs, let us know and
we'll try to find a way.
Contribute to our Newsletter! One of the ways we hope to keep the
site fresh is by putting up new, alumni-created content as often as
possible. This could be anything from articles written by alumni on
how a particular event went to fun little contests like "Name that
Alumnus."
Come to a Cleanup or Shutdown Day! This helps both camp and
the Alumni Association. It helps get things done very fast around
camp and helps free up the Steve to move on to other projects.
Although the website is a great way to stay in touch, there's
nothing can strengthen our Association like stepping foot back on
camp and connecting with old friends in person. You could also
finally get to meet any new friends you've met on this site.
Most importantly: Help reintroduce someone to camp. Pass the
word about this website to people you might still have contact with
who have otherwise lost touch with their old camp buddies or
maybe just don't know about the website.
