| Dear Fun Club Parent/Guardian, Welcome to the Greendale Family Branch YMCA's Summer Fun Club 2008! We are looking forward to providing a safe, fun, enriching recreation program for you child. Like all school age programs offered at the YMCA, the Fun Club will offer activities and experiences that foster improved social skills, self-esteem, and sportsmanship. Meanwhile we will fulfill our commitment to the National YMCA's Character Development initiative by focusing on the traits of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Through these values, the Fun Club staff will strive to help each child grow personally, develop skills and knowledge in sports, nature and the arts, improve personal and family relationships, become better leaders and supporters, appreciate diversity and have fun in a safe environment.
