Chris Ambold
Chris Ambold. I will be a Junior at West Boylston High School in September. I love meeting
friends at camp because it's a cool place where everybody acts like themselves and has fun. I
am into lifting weights and hanging around. I hope to see you at camp.
Kara Anderson
My name is Kara Anderson and this will be my first summer at Camp Harrington. I currently am
a sophomore attending Doherty High School. I run track and play soccer and basketball for
school, but basically love every sport there is. I'm not afraid to get muddy and can't wait to see
how things go at camp. I’m really excited and look forward to meeting everyone.
Alicia Andrade
Hi my name is Alicia Andrade. I will be the Science Director at camp. I am a bio-chemistry major
at Clark University and I will be a junior next year. I love science and can't wait to do some
exciting experiments at camp this summer.
Rachel Armenti
Hello. My name is Rachael Armenti and this will be my third year at Camp. Next year, I will be
entering my sophomore year of college majoring in nursing. In college, I play soccer and do
track. I love the summer and can't wait for camp.
Laurel Banach
My name's Laurel Banach. I am going to be a sophomore at Shrewsbury high School. I play
volleyball, lacrosse and am on the ski team. I take pride in my school work and love being with
my friends. I've been coming to Camp Harrington for as long as I can remember and still love it. I
can't wait till this summer!
Marissa Barrett
Marissa is an exempt employee for the YMCA of Central Massachusetts and spends her school
year as the Site Director for the Kids Learning Center in Worcester. This will be her 3rd year as
Assistant at Camp Harrington and she is an avid antiquer.
Jack Barry
My name is Jack Barry. I do a lot of activities. My passion is basketball along with also playing
golf, and baseball. I love playing my trombone and listening to music. I don’t listen to one
category, but as long as it gets my foot tapping I like it. Next year I will be attending Saint Johns
High School as a freshman and getting really excited for it. My greatest goal is to show people
who I am have fun all day long. I am always thinking positive and have a great sense of humor.
The perfect day for me is when everyone goes home with a smile on their face, I would call that
a good day.
Dan Bateman
My name is Dan Bateman and I am a freshman at St. John's high school. I am an active Boy
Scout and a frequent mountain climber. I have been coming to camp Harrington since "Kiddie
camp" and have loved every minute here! I can't wait to see everyone in the summer!!!!!!
Michelle Belanger
Michelle just completed her sophomore year at Endicott College as an Interior Design major.
This is Michelle’s fifth summer working at camp all though she has been attending camp for
several years. For two years Michelle has been working as the Arts and Crafts Director. She will
be returning as a Senior Counselor this summer. Michelle can’t wait for the summer to start
and is excited for more great camp memories.
Lauren Berthiaume
Hi my name is Lauren Berthiaume. I have been coming to camp for many years but this is my
first year on staff. I am active in swimming and look forward to the day when I can life guard at
camp.
Stephanie Bolduc
Hi I'm Stephanie and this will be my 6th summer out at camp. I go to Eagle Hill School. I love the
arts, working with kids, and the outdoors. Can’t wait for camp to start!
Jessica Braveman
Jess is a first year Junior Counselor, a veteran of Camp Harrington dating back to Kiddie Camp.
She will be entering her sophomore year at Algonquin Regional High School. She was on the
Algonquin Track team and loves playing and listening to music. She plays both Clarinet and
Saxophone in her school band. Jess is looking forward to spending the summer at Camp!!!!!
Richard Buxton III
Hi my name is Richard Dwight Buxton the third. I have been coming to camp for many years,
ever since I was a camper. I am 18 years old and I am active and not afraid to jump into mud,
clean up cuts, or work with kids, (ha ha). I believe my purpose here at camp is to give the
children good times to look back on, even if that means I have to be made fun of for their
enjoyment. I love playing soccer and being outdoors. I hope I make your summer an experience
that lasts a life time.
Stephanie Cantlin
Hi! My name is Steph Cantlin. This will be my 13th summer attending Camp Harrington, and my
5th summer working here. This will be my 3rd summer on the waterfront and I can’t wait for it to
start! I will be a sophomore at Simmons College, where I plan to major in Nursing!
I'm looking forward to another great summer!
Sarah Caissie
This is Sarah’s second year working at Camp Harrington and she is very happy to be doing it
again. Sarah will be a Junior in high school next year and after high school she plans on going to
college to major in something amazing (TBD...). In her spare time, Sarah enjoys hanging out with
her friends, babysitting, listening to music and spending time with her family. Sarah’s hopes to
gain good experience with working with kids and have a wonderful and fun time.
Matt Carlson
I am Matt Carlson. I am 15 years old and have been a long time camper. I was an LDP two years
in a row. I go to Holy Name High School located in Worcester Ma. I like to play lacrosse in the
spring, fish in the summer and ski in the winter. I also like riding my four-wheeler all year long. I
am also a huge Red Sox fan.
Mairead Coleman
This is Mairead’s first summer working at Camp Harrington as a counselor. She will be a
sophomore at UMass Amherst in the fall where she studies Public Health and Psychology. At
school, she plays rugby and volunteers for the Amherst Fire Department on the Student Force
as a firefighter and an EMT. She enjoys playing soccer, art and hanging out with friends.
Kate Connolly
This is Kate's eighth summer at Camp Harrington and her first as a junior counselor. She will be
a sophomore at Algonquin Regional High School in the fall. When she's not at camp, she loves
singing and music, photography, hanging out with her friends.
Erin Connolly
Hi I'm Erin. I'm in ninth grade at Wachusett Regional High. Summer is a blast at camp Harrington
and I have been going to camp there for almost 10 years. I love sports, soccer and lacrosse are
my favorite. I love music and being outdoors. I am hoping to have one great summer at camp. =)
Cat Cote
This is Cat’s third year at camp, and first year as a Junior Counselor II. She will be a junior at St.
Peter Marian High School, where she writes for the school newspaper, is a mathlete, and is
president of the Poetry Club. Cat loves working with kids. She teaches Bible School for one
week in the summer, and is looking forward to spending the rest of the summer with the
wonderful kids at Camp Harrington. Cat loves reading, bicycling, and smiling.
Mary Cote
Mary C. is the Director of Leadership Programming, which means that she works with the large
group of Junior Counselors - our wonderful and competent volunteers! She has completed her
first year as a second grade teacher, and is looking forward to another summer at camp.
Stephanie Delpappa
Stephanie is a second year junior counselor and has been a camper at Camp Harrington since
she was five. She attends Pomfret School in Connecticut and will be a senior in the fall.
Stephanie is very interested in any type of art. This includes drawing, dancing, and theater. She
always loved working with kids and finds it very humorous and always exciting, she is really
looking forward to another great summer with all the campers.
Elena Despotopolos
I’m Elena and I will begin my senior year in high school in the fall. I play field hockey and I’ve been
coming to camp for eleven years.
Jen Dewar
This is Jennifer's first year as a Jr. Counselor. She will be a sophomore in high school next year
and plans to go to college. Jennifer loves to play with the kids at Camp Harrington. She wants to
make the kids time at camp as enjoyable as she had when she was a camper there.
Eric Dextradeur
This is Eric's ninth summer at camp Harrington, but seventh year as a staff member. Eric really
loves camp! His favorite activities at Camp are swimming, high ropes, and special activity. Eric
just finished his junior year at Fitchburg State College, majoring in Elementary Education, with a
minor in Spanish. Eric is very excited for a new experience at camp this summer as the
waterfront director.
Matt Dufresne
This is Matthew’s first year at Camp Harrington. Matthew is a Boy Scout leader and was a Boy
Scout for seven years before becoming a leader. He recently graduated from St. Peter-Marian in
Worcester and plans to attend U-Mass Lowell this fall for engineering. Matthew’s interests are
music, sports, camping and fishing.
Derek Dupont
Derek DuPont, a soon-to-be Senior at St. John's High School in Shrewsbury, will be a counselor
this year at camp. He has a diverse array of interests, ranging from the great outdoors (he is
currently working on his Eagle rank in scouting), to athletics (a member of the rowing team and
a Red Sox fan), to Star Wars, which he claims is arguably the greatest movie franchise ever.
Derek also enjoys music, playing clarinet in his school's jazz band and expressing a great love
for rock and roll (though he can't play a real guitar, only guitar in the "Guitar Hero" and "Rock
Band" video games).
Kevan Dupont
Kevan DuPont is going to be a JC this year at camp. He's 14 years old and he's been a camper
for several years. Kevan's a freshman at Tahanto Regional and he runs track and cross-country
for Tahanto. Also in the winter Kevan likes to ski. He loves camp and can't wait to be there in the
summer.
Brennan Elliot
Brennan Elliott Brennan is an active coxwain in regatta (rowing) who has been going to Camp
Harrington for several years. He attends St. John’s High School and he loves camp and
considers it his second home. As he enters his second year of employment as a junior
counselor he is excited as to what is to come. His common camp interests include Archery,
High ropes, and more.
Sarah Feitelberg
My name is Sarah Feitelberg and I live in Shrewsbury Massachusetts. I am previously going to
Oak middle School. I will be a freshman in high school next year. I got in to honors Math and
science so you could say I’m a brain. I really like to sing and play basketball. I have been at
Camp Harrington for about 3 years and I am looking forward to another year at camp Harrington.
Mara Foley
This will be Mara's tenth summer at Camp Harrington and her first summer as a Junior
Counselor. Mara loves theatre, music, and running, especially at Doherty Memorial High School
where she just completed her freshmen year. Mara's favorite thing about camp are the people
there, and she can't wait to see them all again this summer!
Meg Foley
This is Megan's first year being a junior counselor. She just finished her freshmen year of
Auburn High School. Megan enjoys dance. She takes tap, jazz, and ballet. She also works with
the Special Olympics.
George Foster
George Foster has been going to camp since he was 5. You will find him at the beach, digging
holes and encouraging kids to have fun. He is a high school Junior at Algonquin who really
thinks it is good to have a balance of fun and teamwork together in games. He has interests
including making things and using his imagination to come up with original and fun ideas.
Bethany Killeen
Bethany is pleased to be returning to Camp Harrington after once being a camper, a counselor,
and the Assistant Director. She spent the past two summers with the Kindercamp and has now
returned. She has her Masters in Elementary Education and for the past year worked at the
Mayo Elementary School in Holden. When not at work, Bethany can also be found on stage in
local theater companies hamming it up and singing her heart out. She looks forward to the
many laughs, smiles, and memories this summer will bring.
Dana Gingerelli
Dana has been going to camp for a long time now and is doing his second year as a Junior
counselor. His favorite things to do are take care of chickens and play kickball. He also
completed his second year of high school to become a chef. Dana absolutely loves camp and
can’t wait to be a staff member again!
Amy Gothing

Myles Greenough
Hello I am Myles Greenough and this will be my first year working at camp. I have been a camper
here for many years and I thoroughly enjoy being at camp. I am a freshman at St. Johns and I
will be trying out for the lacrosse team. See you at camp.
Stephanie Hachem
This will be Stephanie's fourth summer working at Camp, and her first as a leader director. She
is currently attending Emerson College, where she is studying Studio Television Production and
is a member of the Emerson Women's soccer team. She is looking forward to another great
summer at Camp!
Katie Hammerstrom
Katie Hammerstrom This is Katie's second year as a Jr. Counselor but she has been going to
camp for about eleven years. She has just completed her sophomore year at West Boylston
High School. She played goalie for the school's JV soccer team and was actively involved in
organizations around her school. In her free time she enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, and
hanging out with her friends. Katie is looking forward to having an amazing summer at camp.

Hi, my name is Katie Hansen. Every year I look forward to going to camp for the summer. I love
listening to music, playing sports, traveling and being at Camp Harrington. I will be a senior at
Doherty High School this fall. Each year I cannot wait for the summer and all the new memories

My name is Erin Haynes. This will be my 10th year at Camp Harrington, but my first year as a
Junior Counselor. In the fall, I will be a sophomore at Quabbin High School. I love to play soccer
and tennis. In my free time I like to go to the beach and be with my friends.

My name is Kate Hennigan. This year I will be a sophomore at Burncoat High School. I love
music, and I play both the violin and the guitar.
Ashley Horak
Hey. I'm Ashley Horak I have been attending camp Harrington for many years, so far back I
started and I can’t really remember when exactly. I'm a freshman at Auburn High School. I'm
really athletic, I play soccer which I love to do and I run track, and do hurtles. I love going to
camp and I love little kids. They are about the only thing I have patience for. I’m really outgoing ill
befriend anyone. I hope to make this a great summer for everyone and I can’t wait to start and
see everyone!
Emily Hughes
Emily Hughes My name is Emily Hughes and I am going to be a senior next year at Algonquin
Regional High School. I run indoor and outdoor track and am very active at my school. I love to
play games, go to the beach and be outdoors.

I will be a sophomore at Bancroft this coming fall. I really love volleyball and music, and I enjoy

Kristen Karpowicz
Kristen is a former camper at Camp Harrington and actually has not been to camp for the past 4
years. She is excited to come back to camp and looks forward to the opportunity to work with
the pre-school kids at Kiddie Camp and the K-1 of Camp Harrington.

This is Brian's first year as a Jr. Counselor and he is looking forward to working with the

Josh LaBonte
Hey there! My name is Josh LaBonte. I am going to be a sophomore at Blackstone Valley
Regional Vocational Technical high school(go beavers).I have been a camper here since I was in
2nd grade. I am the type of teenager that can act like an adult ,but I am really just a big kid. I like
to have fun with many of the old campers and I also enjoy making new camper friends every
year. I am also an actor. I have been in over 9 plays in my lifetime. One of my favorite things to do
in my spare time is to just sit in a big comfy chair and watch a good movie. I can’t wait to come
back this year and enjoy another great summer.
Rudy Lambracht
My name is Rudy Lambracht and I am going to be a freshmen in college this fall at UMASS
Lowell for Civil Engineering. I enjoy doing numerous outdoor activities such as camp and
kayaking. I also like to play sport. I have played soccer, golf, basketball and track for my school.
Ross Lapetina
Hello, my name is Ross Lapetina and this is going to be my fourth summer working at YMCA
Camp Harrington. I like hanging out with my friends and listen to music. I do community service
through the YMCA Leaders Club and every year we put on a Battle of the Bands. I am going to be
attending college this fall but I don't know where I am attending yet. I want to study sports
journalism. This is my fourth summer at Camp Harrington and each year it keeps getting better
and better. I love it here!
Taylor Leonard
Taylor Leonard Taylor Leonard will be a sophomore at Algonquin Regional High School in the
fall. After High School she plans to attend college and major in Art. She has been attending
Camp Harrington for over eight years. Taylor looks forward to seeing old friends at Camp, and
making many new friends. In her spare time Taylor enjoys hanging out with friends, playing
soccer and swimming.
Stephan Lockney
Steve will be returning for his 13th summer and 8th as Camp Director. Steve now lives at Camp
Harrington and is married (note: he met his wife at Camp Harrington back in 1993) with an
amazing 2 year old daughter Alexis who LOVES the camp property. Steve is excited about the
progress of the camp program this year with the additions of Music and he hopes everyone has
a GREAT summer!
Jason Luby
Jason will be a sophomore at Assabet Valley Regional High School in the fall and is taking part
in automotive collision technology. This is Jason's first time counseling at Camp Harrington, but
was a camper here when he was younger. He loves to play all sports, especially gymnastics
where he excels in rings. He occasionally bug hunts and love to swim! Jason is looking forward
to playing and partaking in activities with the campers!
Dylan Ludy
Dylan Ludy Dylan has just finished his first year studying engineering at the University of
Vermont. Dylan is an Eagle Scout and spends his spare time listening to music, biking, and long
boarding.
Evan Ludy
My name is Evan Ludy. I go to Doherty Memorial High School. This fall will be my sophomore
year. I like to juggle, unicycle and do magic tricks.
Hillary Mailly
Hillary Mailly This will be Hillary’s 6th summer at Camp Harrington and her second as a Junior
Counselor. She currently attends Algonquin Regional High School where her favorite classes
are English, History, and Cooking. When not at school or camp, Hillary loves to shop, be with
friends, and play tennis. She also loves to bake, read, and spend time with her pet llamas and
chickens. She is really looking forward to camp this summer.
Shannon McFarland:
Although this is Shannon's first year at Camp Harrington, she has enjoyed working with Steve
and the kids at the School's Out program in the past year. She loves reading, writing, music,
nature, debating about anything, and doing artsy stuff. In the fall she will be attending Roosevelt
University in Chicago for a degree in journalism."
Brian McGahie
This is going to be Brian's first year as a Staff Member at Camp, but he has been a camper there
for 7 years and a leader for 2. Brian enjoys swimming, running, and of course camp! He is
excited to join the staff this year and looks forward to seeing everyone this summer!
Catherine McManus
Catherine McManus has been coming to camp for ten years, but this is her first as a junior
counselor. She will be a sophomore this year at Wachusett Regional High School. She played
lacrosse in the spring, and skis a lot in the winter. She participated in the Science Fair, and
made it to the state finals. Catherine loves camp and can't wait to come back this summer.
Cortney McMullen
Cortney M. is returning for her second as a camp counselor. She has her undergraduate degree
from the University of New Hampshire and is attending Fitchburg State College for her Masters
of Education. Cortney had a great first summer at camp and is looking forward to her second!
Cortney really likes to play tennis, be by the beach, hang around with friends, and eat food!
Lyndsey McMullen
Lyndsey M. is returning for her second year as a Senior Counselor at camp. She is a graduate of
the University of New Hampshire and is currently getting her masters in Middle School
Education at Fitchburg State College. She is looking forward to seeing familiar camp faces and
meeting new ones! She also really loves cereal and peanut butter.
Bethany Morrill
Bethany Morrill has been at camp since she was a little kid. She has been working at camp for 6
years and loves it more and more every year. This year she will be the Special Activities Director
and can't wait. She will be a junior at Worcester State College in the fall where she majors in
Elementary Education and English. She loves the outdoors especially during the summer time
and can't wait to have another amazing and fun filled summer.
Jessica Morrill
Jess Morrill will be a counselor this summer. She has been attending camp every year since
she was a little kid. She is very excited to be coming back to work this summer. This fall she will
be a senior at Tahanto Regional High School where she enjoys chamber choir, book club, and
other fun stuff.
Her older sister Bethany also works at camp. Jess is looking forward to another awesome
summer!
Monica Myles
Why hello there. I'm Monica. I'm a sophomore at Wachusett Regional High School in Holden, and
this summer will be my 11th year at Camp Harrington. I've been attending this camp since I was
5! I love my friends, and couldn't survive without them. Writing is my passion and you'll always
find me with a book in my hand. Music helps me keep sane and I enjoy just going out and having
a good time. I love four wheeling from spring to fall, and snowmobiling in the winters. My friends
say I'm very outgoing, love to smile, and protective. I'm very excited to be a JC this year, so go
easy on me!

Kristen Neaz is a Senior at Shrewsbury high. She loves arts and crafts. She enjoys watching
the Patriots.
Chelsea O’Connor
This will be Chelsea's fifth summer as a staff member here at Camp Harrington. She started out
as a camper here at the age of seven and can't get enough! Chelsea just finished her freshman
year of college, and is looking forward to a great summer!
Katelyn O’Malley
My name is Katelyn O'Malley and this is my first year being a counselor at camp. I am a
freshman at Bryant University where I study Business. I have been working at camps for the
past 5 years being both a counselor in training and a counselor. I love to sing and dance and I'm
looking forward to this summer!
Megan O’Malley
Megan O’Malley is a first year counselor at Camp Harrington. In the spring she completed her
freshman year of college at Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts. She aspires to become
a high school English teacher and enjoys reading and volunteering. Her favorite hobbies are
watching movies, shopping, and playing Frisbee. She is very excited to meet everyone and is
looking forward to camp!
Meaghan Oskirko
Meaghan Oskirko This will be Meaghan's 5th summer at Camp Harrington. She is going to be
the Director of Camp Programming. She is very excited for the summer to start! She enjoys
playing and watching sports, especially hockey and baseball. She graduated from Salem State
with a Sport, Fitness, and Leisure Studies degree. She is also a field hockey coach at Chocksett
Middle School and coached ice hockey and softball at St. Bernard's High School. See you all this
summer!
Christine Pellerin
This is Christine 5th year as Camp Harrington Staff. She has been going to Camp Harrington for
14 years and is very excited to be here this summer. She just finished her first year at
Wheelock College. At school she is part of the Wheelock College soccer team, and was an
Admissions work study student. She likes to watch movies, take pictures, and hang out with
friends. Christine can’t wait for summer to come and can’t wait to see what it has to offer!
Megan Penney
Hi my name is Megan Penney. I will be a sophomore starting in the fall and I’ve been a camper
for five years and I love camp. I play softball and swim for hobbies as well as drawing. I can't
wait for camp it will be very exciting this year because it will be my first year as a junior
counselor.
Molly Petrone
This will be Molly’s first year as a Jr. Counselor. Molly is currently attending Algonquin Regional
High School. She has been going to Camp Harrington since her Pre-K days. When not in school
she enjoys hanging with friends and going to see movies. She loves sports and currently plays
soccer, basketball, and softball for high school, and skis just for fun.
Stephanie Polito
I will be graduating from middle school this June. I have been going to Camp Harrington since
2003. I really enjoy all the people there and look forward to working with the staff. I like to play
on the Wii a lot and use the computer whenever I can. I also like archery and theatre.
Garrett Prouty
Garrett Prouty has been going to Camp Harrington since he was in the fourth grade. He is now
excited that he will be a junior counselor and can't wait to work with the campers. Garrett
enjoys all outdoor activities and is looking forward to a fun summer!
Curtis Reid
This will be Curtis' sixteenth year at Camp Harrington. He is working as an inclusion staff this
summer and has been an employee at camp for the last six years. He can't wait to get back in
the warm weather and see some new and familiar faces. He hopes everyone had a great school
year and is ready to come back to Camp Harrington and enjoy summer!
Molly Richard
Hello! My name is Molly Richard and I am currently pursuing my passion of photography at the
Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston. When I am not photographing, I love to knit,
read, and soak up the sun! This is my first year at Camp Harrington and I am thrilled to be part of

Edward Santiago
My name is Eddie Santiago. I am a freshman at Doherty high. I completed 2 years of leadership
training at camp Harrington. I love music and skateboarding. I am ready for one great summer
as a junior counselor!
Mia Selkow
Hello. My name is Maia Selkow and this will be my first year working at Camp Harrington. I am
currently a Junior at the Massachusetts Academy of Mathematics and Science in Worcester. I
enjoy theater and music, and I also love to row crew. I am looking forward to a fun summer at
camp!
Paige Shea
This is Paige’s second year as a junior counselor. Last year she enjoyed working with groups of
kids as a Junior Counselor. She currently attends Shrewsbury High School and likes to work
with younger kids. Paige enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, figure skating, and listening to
music. She looks forward to another summer at camp.
Kristen Sherfey
This Kirstin's first year as a Junior Counselor. She is a sophomore at Dougherty High School.
Kristin is very energetic and very good with all people. She especially likes to work with young
children and has taken the babysitting course offered at the Greendale Y. She is naturally
athletic and up for trying anything at least once.
Andrei Shylo
Hi, my name is Andrei and this is my second year at camp Harrington. I will be a sophomore at
Doherty High school next year. I hope that I can teach kids something they never knew before,
but always wanted to. I hope that I will not only teach but also learn from the kids. Can't wait till

Hi! I'm Courtney Truex. I have been coming to camp Harrington since I was in 3rd grade. I have
been going to school in New York for the past 2 years, and I have graduated from a leadership
building program. I am 16 and my little brother Connor now goes to camp Harrington. I'm a
friendly and energetic person, and I'm not afraid to step out of my comfort zone. Most of all.. I am
a pure, innocent, trustworthy and lovable young woman:)
Rachel Wagner
This is Rachel’s 1st year as the Music/Theater Specialist at Camp Harrington. She has 16 years
of local theater experience and is currently pursuing a professional classical singing career.
Rachel has been with teens and children for the last 6 years and enjoys the fun and energy
working with children brings to her life. She is excited about the program at Camp Harrington
and is looking forward to playing and learning with all the children and counselors. Her favorite
color is pink, favorite candy is gummy bears, and current favorite musical theater show is
Wicked.
Chris Wild
This will be Chris Wild's fifth year or half decade mark at Camp Harrington and he is looking
forward to coming back once again to greatest place to spend the summer on earth! Currently
he is a junior at Elizabethtown College and in his spare time when school is not controlling his
life he enjoys music, running, hanging out with friends and singing when no one is listening.
Mark Wild
This is going to be Mark's second summer working at Camp Harrington. Mark enjoys swimming
recreationally and competitively for a USS club and his high school St. John's where he will be
returning to as a Junior. He hopes to have as much and more fun this year at camp, as he did
last year
Elyssa Williams
This is Elyssa's first year as a junior counselor but she has attended Camp Harrington for
almost 6 years. Elyssa is a freshman at Algonquin Regional High school and she enjoys
participating in many clubs and activities such as "Leaders Club" and "Best Buddies". Elyssa
also enjoys playing the guitar, running, going to the beach, and painting.
Jose Yarzebski
Hi I am Jose and I love to play sports like soccer, karate, basketball, golf and football. I like
being with people and having a good time with them. I have my second degree black belt in
Shaolin Kempo Karate,I have been taking karate for 7 years and I have been a certified assistant
instructor for a year and a half. I graduated St. Mary School in Shrewsbury and I will be
attending St. John's in Shrewsbury as a freshman in the fall.
Angelica Zawada
Hi my name is Angelica Zawada. I will be a sophomore in the fall at St. Peter Marian High
School. I enjoy playing many different types of sports and dancing in my free time. I have been
going to Camp Harrington for so many years there's just too many to count. I can't wait for this
summer, it will be so much fun!
Chris Ambold. I will be a Junior at West Boylston High School in September. I love meeting
friends at camp because it's a cool place where everybody acts like themselves and has fun. I
am into lifting weights and hanging around. I hope to see you at camp.

My name is Kara Anderson and this will be my first summer at Camp Harrington. I currently am
a sophomore attending Doherty High School. I run track and play soccer and basketball for
school, but basically love every sport there is. I'm not afraid to get muddy and can't wait to see

Hi my name is Alicia Andrade. I will be the Science Director at camp. I am a bio-chemistry major
at Clark University and I will be a junior next year. I love science and can't wait to do some
exciting experiments at camp this summer.

Hello. My name is Rachael Armenti and this will be my third year at Camp. Next year, I will be
entering my sophomore year of college majoring in nursing. In college, I play soccer and do
track. I love the summer and can't wait for camp.
Laurel Banach
My name's Laurel Banach. I am going to be a sophomore at Shrewsbury high School. I play
volleyball, lacrosse and am on the ski team. I take pride in my school work and love being with
my friends. I've been coming to Camp Harrington for as long as I can remember and still love it. I
can't wait till this summer!
Marissa Barrett
Marissa is an exempt employee for the YMCA of Central Massachusetts and spends her school
year as the Site Director for the Kids Learning Center in Worcester. This will be her 3rd year as
Assistant at Camp Harrington and she is an avid antiquer.
Jack Barry
My name is Jack Barry. I do a lot of activities. My passion is basketball along with also playing
golf, and baseball. I love playing my trombone and listening to music. I don’t listen to one
category, but as long as it gets my foot tapping I like it. Next year I will be attending Saint Johns
High School as a freshman and getting really excited for it. My greatest goal is to show people
who I am have fun all day long. I am always thinking positive and have a great sense of humor.
The perfect day for me is when everyone goes home with a smile on their face, I would call that
a good day.
Dan Bateman
My name is Dan Bateman and I am a freshman at St. John's high school. I am an active Boy
Scout and a frequent mountain climber. I have been coming to camp Harrington since "Kiddie
camp" and have loved every minute here! I can't wait to see everyone in the summer!!!!!!
Michelle Belanger
Michelle just completed her sophomore year at Endicott College as an Interior Design major.
This is Michelle’s fifth summer working at camp all though she has been attending camp for
several years. For two years Michelle has been working as the Arts and Crafts Director. She will
be returning as a Senior Counselor this summer. Michelle can’t wait for the summer to start
and is excited for more great camp memories.

Hi my name is Lauren Berthiaume. I have been coming to camp for many years but this is my
first year on staff. I am active in swimming and look forward to the day when I can life guard at
camp.

Jessica Braveman
Jess is a first year Junior Counselor, a veteran of Camp Harrington dating back to Kiddie Camp.
She will be entering her sophomore year at Algonquin Regional High School. She was on the
Algonquin Track team and loves playing and listening to music. She plays both Clarinet and
Saxophone in her school band. Jess is looking forward to spending the summer at Camp!!!!!
Richard Buxton III
Hi my name is Richard Dwight Buxton the third. I have been coming to camp for many years,
ever since I was a camper. I am 18 years old and I am active and not afraid to jump into mud,
clean up cuts, or work with kids, (ha ha). I believe my purpose here at camp is to give the
children good times to look back on, even if that means I have to be made fun of for their
enjoyment. I love playing soccer and being outdoors. I hope I make your summer an experience
that lasts a life time.

Hi! My name is Steph Cantlin. This will be my 13th summer attending Camp Harrington, and my
5th summer working here. This will be my 3rd summer on the waterfront and I can’t wait for it to
start! I will be a sophomore at Simmons College, where I plan to major in Nursing!

Sarah Caissie
This is Sarah’s second year working at Camp Harrington and she is very happy to be doing it
again. Sarah will be a Junior in high school next year and after high school she plans on going to
college to major in something amazing (TBD...). In her spare time, Sarah enjoys hanging out with
her friends, babysitting, listening to music and spending time with her family. Sarah’s hopes to
gain good experience with working with kids and have a wonderful and fun time.
Matt Carlson
I am Matt Carlson. I am 15 years old and have been a long time camper. I was an LDP two years
in a row. I go to Holy Name High School located in Worcester Ma. I like to play lacrosse in the
spring, fish in the summer and ski in the winter. I also like riding my four-wheeler all year long. I
am also a huge Red Sox fan.
Mairead Coleman
This is Mairead’s first summer working at Camp Harrington as a counselor. She will be a
sophomore at UMass Amherst in the fall where she studies Public Health and Psychology. At
school, she plays rugby and volunteers for the Amherst Fire Department on the Student Force
as a firefighter and an EMT. She enjoys playing soccer, art and hanging out with friends.
Kate Connolly
This is Kate's eighth summer at Camp Harrington and her first as a junior counselor. She will be
a sophomore at Algonquin Regional High School in the fall. When she's not at camp, she loves
singing and music, photography, hanging out with her friends.
Erin Connolly
Hi I'm Erin. I'm in ninth grade at Wachusett Regional High. Summer is a blast at camp Harrington
and I have been going to camp there for almost 10 years. I love sports, soccer and lacrosse are
my favorite. I love music and being outdoors. I am hoping to have one great summer at camp. =)
Cat Cote
This is Cat’s third year at camp, and first year as a Junior Counselor II. She will be a junior at St.
Peter Marian High School, where she writes for the school newspaper, is a mathlete, and is
president of the Poetry Club. Cat loves working with kids. She teaches Bible School for one
week in the summer, and is looking forward to spending the rest of the summer with the
wonderful kids at Camp Harrington. Cat loves reading, bicycling, and smiling.
Mary Cote
Mary C. is the Director of Leadership Programming, which means that she works with the large
group of Junior Counselors - our wonderful and competent volunteers! She has completed her
first year as a second grade teacher, and is looking forward to another summer at camp.
Stephanie Delpappa
Stephanie is a second year junior counselor and has been a camper at Camp Harrington since
she was five. She attends Pomfret School in Connecticut and will be a senior in the fall.
Stephanie is very interested in any type of art. This includes drawing, dancing, and theater. She
always loved working with kids and finds it very humorous and always exciting, she is really
looking forward to another great summer with all the campers.
Elena Despotopolos
I’m Elena and I will begin my senior year in high school in the fall. I play field hockey and I’ve been
coming to camp for eleven years.
Jen Dewar
This is Jennifer's first year as a Jr. Counselor. She will be a sophomore in high school next year
and plans to go to college. Jennifer loves to play with the kids at Camp Harrington. She wants to
make the kids time at camp as enjoyable as she had when she was a camper there.
Eric Dextradeur
This is Eric's ninth summer at camp Harrington, but seventh year as a staff member. Eric really
loves camp! His favorite activities at Camp are swimming, high ropes, and special activity. Eric
just finished his junior year at Fitchburg State College, majoring in Elementary Education, with a
minor in Spanish. Eric is very excited for a new experience at camp this summer as the
waterfront director.
Matt Dufresne
This is Matthew’s first year at Camp Harrington. Matthew is a Boy Scout leader and was a Boy
Scout for seven years before becoming a leader. He recently graduated from St. Peter-Marian in
Worcester and plans to attend U-Mass Lowell this fall for engineering. Matthew’s interests are
music, sports, camping and fishing.
Derek Dupont
Derek DuPont, a soon-to-be Senior at St. John's High School in Shrewsbury, will be a counselor
this year at camp. He has a diverse array of interests, ranging from the great outdoors (he is
currently working on his Eagle rank in scouting), to athletics (a member of the rowing team and
a Red Sox fan), to Star Wars, which he claims is arguably the greatest movie franchise ever.
Derek also enjoys music, playing clarinet in his school's jazz band and expressing a great love
for rock and roll (though he can't play a real guitar, only guitar in the "Guitar Hero" and "Rock
Band" video games).
Kevan Dupont
Kevan DuPont is going to be a JC this year at camp. He's 14 years old and he's been a camper
for several years. Kevan's a freshman at Tahanto Regional and he runs track and cross-country
for Tahanto. Also in the winter Kevan likes to ski. He loves camp and can't wait to be there in the
summer.
Brennan Elliot
Brennan Elliott Brennan is an active coxwain in regatta (rowing) who has been going to Camp
Harrington for several years. He attends St. John’s High School and he loves camp and
considers it his second home. As he enters his second year of employment as a junior
counselor he is excited as to what is to come. His common camp interests include Archery,
High ropes, and more.
Sarah Feitelberg
My name is Sarah Feitelberg and I live in Shrewsbury Massachusetts. I am previously going to
Oak middle School. I will be a freshman in high school next year. I got in to honors Math and
science so you could say I’m a brain. I really like to sing and play basketball. I have been at
Camp Harrington for about 3 years and I am looking forward to another year at camp Harrington.
Mara Foley
This will be Mara's tenth summer at Camp Harrington and her first summer as a Junior
Counselor. Mara loves theatre, music, and running, especially at Doherty Memorial High School
where she just completed her freshmen year. Mara's favorite thing about camp are the people
there, and she can't wait to see them all again this summer!
Meg Foley
This is Megan's first year being a junior counselor. She just finished her freshmen year of
Auburn High School. Megan enjoys dance. She takes tap, jazz, and ballet. She also works with
the Special Olympics.
George Foster
George Foster has been going to camp since he was 5. You will find him at the beach, digging
holes and encouraging kids to have fun. He is a high school Junior at Algonquin who really
thinks it is good to have a balance of fun and teamwork together in games. He has interests
including making things and using his imagination to come up with original and fun ideas.
Bethany Killeen
Bethany is pleased to be returning to Camp Harrington after once being a camper, a counselor,
and the Assistant Director. She spent the past two summers with the Kindercamp and has now
returned. She has her Masters in Elementary Education and for the past year worked at the
Mayo Elementary School in Holden. When not at work, Bethany can also be found on stage in
local theater companies hamming it up and singing her heart out. She looks forward to the
many laughs, smiles, and memories this summer will bring.
Dana Gingerelli
Dana has been going to camp for a long time now and is doing his second year as a Junior
counselor. His favorite things to do are take care of chickens and play kickball. He also
completed his second year of high school to become a chef. Dana absolutely loves camp and
can’t wait to be a staff member again!

Hello I am Myles Greenough and this will be my first year working at camp. I have been a camper
here for many years and I thoroughly enjoy being at camp. I am a freshman at St. Johns and I

Katie Hammerstrom This is Katie's second year as a Jr. Counselor but she has been going to
camp for about eleven years. She has just completed her sophomore year at West Boylston
High School. She played goalie for the school's JV soccer team and was actively involved in

really athletic, I play soccer which I love to do and I run track, and do hurtles. I love going to
camp and I love little kids. They are about the only thing I have patience for. I’m really outgoing ill

Hey there! My name is Josh LaBonte. I am going to be a sophomore at Blackstone Valley
Regional Vocational Technical high school(go beavers).I have been a camper here since I was in
2nd grade. I am the type of teenager that can act like an adult ,but I am really just a big kid. I like
to have fun with many of the old campers and I also enjoy making new camper friends every
year. I am also an actor. I have been in over 9 plays in my lifetime. One of my favorite things to do
in my spare time is to just sit in a big comfy chair and watch a good movie. I can’t wait to come
back this year and enjoy another great summer.

My name is Rudy Lambracht and I am going to be a freshmen in college this fall at UMASS
Lowell for Civil Engineering. I enjoy doing numerous outdoor activities such as camp and

Hello, my name is Ross Lapetina and this is going to be my fourth summer working at YMCA
Camp Harrington. I like hanging out with my friends and listen to music. I do community service
through the YMCA Leaders Club and every year we put on a Battle of the Bands. I am going to be
attending college this fall but I don't know where I am attending yet. I want to study sports
journalism. This is my fourth summer at Camp Harrington and each year it keeps getting better
and better. I love it here!
Taylor Leonard
Taylor Leonard Taylor Leonard will be a sophomore at Algonquin Regional High School in the
fall. After High School she plans to attend college and major in Art. She has been attending
Camp Harrington for over eight years. Taylor looks forward to seeing old friends at Camp, and
making many new friends. In her spare time Taylor enjoys hanging out with friends, playing
soccer and swimming.
Stephan Lockney
Steve will be returning for his 13th summer and 8th as Camp Director. Steve now lives at Camp
Harrington and is married (note: he met his wife at Camp Harrington back in 1993) with an
amazing 2 year old daughter Alexis who LOVES the camp property. Steve is excited about the
progress of the camp program this year with the additions of Music and he hopes everyone has
a GREAT summer!
Jason Luby
Jason will be a sophomore at Assabet Valley Regional High School in the fall and is taking part
in automotive collision technology. This is Jason's first time counseling at Camp Harrington, but
was a camper here when he was younger. He loves to play all sports, especially gymnastics
where he excels in rings. He occasionally bug hunts and love to swim! Jason is looking forward
to playing and partaking in activities with the campers!
Dylan Ludy
Dylan Ludy Dylan has just finished his first year studying engineering at the University of
Vermont. Dylan is an Eagle Scout and spends his spare time listening to music, biking, and long
boarding.

My name is Evan Ludy. I go to Doherty Memorial High School. This fall will be my sophomore
year. I like to juggle, unicycle and do magic tricks.
Hillary Mailly
Hillary Mailly This will be Hillary’s 6th summer at Camp Harrington and her second as a Junior
Counselor. She currently attends Algonquin Regional High School where her favorite classes
are English, History, and Cooking. When not at school or camp, Hillary loves to shop, be with
friends, and play tennis. She also loves to bake, read, and spend time with her pet llamas and
chickens. She is really looking forward to camp this summer.
Shannon McFarland:
Although this is Shannon's first year at Camp Harrington, she has enjoyed working with Steve
and the kids at the School's Out program in the past year. She loves reading, writing, music,
nature, debating about anything, and doing artsy stuff. In the fall she will be attending Roosevelt
University in Chicago for a degree in journalism."

This is going to be Brian's first year as a Staff Member at Camp, but he has been a camper there
for 7 years and a leader for 2. Brian enjoys swimming, running, and of course camp! He is

Catherine McManus
Catherine McManus has been coming to camp for ten years, but this is her first as a junior
counselor. She will be a sophomore this year at Wachusett Regional High School. She played
lacrosse in the spring, and skis a lot in the winter. She participated in the Science Fair, and
made it to the state finals. Catherine loves camp and can't wait to come back this summer.
Cortney McMullen
Cortney M. is returning for her second as a camp counselor. She has her undergraduate degree
from the University of New Hampshire and is attending Fitchburg State College for her Masters
of Education. Cortney had a great first summer at camp and is looking forward to her second!

Lyndsey McMullen
Lyndsey M. is returning for her second year as a Senior Counselor at camp. She is a graduate of
the University of New Hampshire and is currently getting her masters in Middle School
Education at Fitchburg State College. She is looking forward to seeing familiar camp faces and
meeting new ones! She also really loves cereal and peanut butter.

Bethany Morrill has been at camp since she was a little kid. She has been working at camp for 6
years and loves it more and more every year. This year she will be the Special Activities Director
and can't wait. She will be a junior at Worcester State College in the fall where she majors in
Elementary Education and English. She loves the outdoors especially during the summer time
and can't wait to have another amazing and fun filled summer.

Jess Morrill will be a counselor this summer. She has been attending camp every year since
she was a little kid. She is very excited to be coming back to work this summer. This fall she will
be a senior at Tahanto Regional High School where she enjoys chamber choir, book club, and
other fun stuff.

Why hello there. I'm Monica. I'm a sophomore at Wachusett Regional High School in Holden, and
this summer will be my 11th year at Camp Harrington. I've been attending this camp since I was
5! I love my friends, and couldn't survive without them. Writing is my passion and you'll always
find me with a book in my hand. Music helps me keep sane and I enjoy just going out and having
a good time. I love four wheeling from spring to fall, and snowmobiling in the winters. My friends

freshman at Bryant University where I study Business. I have been working at camps for the
past 5 years being both a counselor in training and a counselor. I love to sing and dance and I'm

Megan O’Malley is a first year counselor at Camp Harrington. In the spring she completed her
freshman year of college at Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts. She aspires to become
a high school English teacher and enjoys reading and volunteering. Her favorite hobbies are
watching movies, shopping, and playing Frisbee. She is very excited to meet everyone and is
looking forward to camp!
Meaghan Oskirko
Meaghan Oskirko This will be Meaghan's 5th summer at Camp Harrington. She is going to be
the Director of Camp Programming. She is very excited for the summer to start! She enjoys
playing and watching sports, especially hockey and baseball. She graduated from Salem State
with a Sport, Fitness, and Leisure Studies degree. She is also a field hockey coach at Chocksett
Middle School and coached ice hockey and softball at St. Bernard's High School. See you all this

This is Christine 5th year as Camp Harrington Staff. She has been going to Camp Harrington for
14 years and is very excited to be here this summer. She just finished her first year at
Wheelock College. At school she is part of the Wheelock College soccer team, and was an
Admissions work study student. She likes to watch movies, take pictures, and hang out with

Hi my name is Megan Penney. I will be a sophomore starting in the fall and I’ve been a camper
for five years and I love camp. I play softball and swim for hobbies as well as drawing. I can't
wait for camp it will be very exciting this year because it will be my first year as a junior
counselor.

This will be Molly’s first year as a Jr. Counselor. Molly is currently attending Algonquin Regional
High School. She has been going to Camp Harrington since her Pre-K days. When not in school
she enjoys hanging with friends and going to see movies. She loves sports and currently plays
soccer, basketball, and softball for high school, and skis just for fun.
Stephanie Polito
I will be graduating from middle school this June. I have been going to Camp Harrington since
2003. I really enjoy all the people there and look forward to working with the staff. I like to play
on the Wii a lot and use the computer whenever I can. I also like archery and theatre.
Garrett Prouty
Garrett Prouty has been going to Camp Harrington since he was in the fourth grade. He is now
excited that he will be a junior counselor and can't wait to work with the campers. Garrett
enjoys all outdoor activities and is looking forward to a fun summer!
Curtis Reid
This will be Curtis' sixteenth year at Camp Harrington. He is working as an inclusion staff this
summer and has been an employee at camp for the last six years. He can't wait to get back in
the warm weather and see some new and familiar faces. He hopes everyone had a great school
year and is ready to come back to Camp Harrington and enjoy summer!
Molly Richard
Hello! My name is Molly Richard and I am currently pursuing my passion of photography at the
Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston. When I am not photographing, I love to knit,
read, and soak up the sun! This is my first year at Camp Harrington and I am thrilled to be part of
the team and create wonderful memories. See you this summer!
Edward Santiago
My name is Eddie Santiago. I am a freshman at Doherty high. I completed 2 years of leadership
training at camp Harrington. I love music and skateboarding. I am ready for one great summer
as a junior counselor!
Mia Selkow
Hello. My name is Maia Selkow and this will be my first year working at Camp Harrington. I am
currently a Junior at the Massachusetts Academy of Mathematics and Science in Worcester. I
enjoy theater and music, and I also love to row crew. I am looking forward to a fun summer at
camp!
Paige Shea
This is Paige’s second year as a junior counselor. Last year she enjoyed working with groups of
kids as a Junior Counselor. She currently attends Shrewsbury High School and likes to work
with younger kids. Paige enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, figure skating, and listening to
music. She looks forward to another summer at camp.
Kristen Sherfey
This Kirstin's first year as a Junior Counselor. She is a sophomore at Dougherty High School.
Kristin is very energetic and very good with all people. She especially likes to work with young
children and has taken the babysitting course offered at the Greendale Y. She is naturally
athletic and up for trying anything at least once.

Hi, my name is Andrei and this is my second year at camp Harrington. I will be a sophomore at
Doherty High school next year. I hope that I can teach kids something they never knew before,
but always wanted to. I hope that I will not only teach but also learn from the kids. Can't wait till

Courtney Truex
Hi! I'm Courtney Truex. I have been coming to camp Harrington since I was in 3rd grade. I have
been going to school in New York for the past 2 years, and I have graduated from a leadership
building program. I am 16 and my little brother Connor now goes to camp Harrington. I'm a
friendly and energetic person, and I'm not afraid to step out of my comfort zone. Most of all.. I am
a pure, innocent, trustworthy and lovable young woman:)
Rachel Wagner
This is Rachel’s 1st year as the Music/Theater Specialist at Camp Harrington. She has 16 years
of local theater experience and is currently pursuing a professional classical singing career.
Rachel has been with teens and children for the last 6 years and enjoys the fun and energy
working with children brings to her life. She is excited about the program at Camp Harrington
and is looking forward to playing and learning with all the children and counselors. Her favorite
color is pink, favorite candy is gummy bears, and current favorite musical theater show is
Wicked.
Chris Wild
This will be Chris Wild's fifth year or half decade mark at Camp Harrington and he is looking
forward to coming back once again to greatest place to spend the summer on earth! Currently
he is a junior at Elizabethtown College and in his spare time when school is not controlling his
life he enjoys music, running, hanging out with friends and singing when no one is listening.
Mark Wild
This is going to be Mark's second summer working at Camp Harrington. Mark enjoys swimming
recreationally and competitively for a USS club and his high school St. John's where he will be
returning to as a Junior. He hopes to have as much and more fun this year at camp, as he did
last year
Elyssa Williams
This is Elyssa's first year as a junior counselor but she has attended Camp Harrington for
almost 6 years. Elyssa is a freshman at Algonquin Regional High school and she enjoys
participating in many clubs and activities such as "Leaders Club" and "Best Buddies". Elyssa
also enjoys playing the guitar, running, going to the beach, and painting.
Jose Yarzebski
Hi I am Jose and I love to play sports like soccer, karate, basketball, golf and football. I like
being with people and having a good time with them. I have my second degree black belt in
Shaolin Kempo Karate,I have been taking karate for 7 years and I have been a certified assistant
instructor for a year and a half. I graduated St. Mary School in Shrewsbury and I will be
attending St. John's in Shrewsbury as a freshman in the fall.
Angelica Zawada
Hi my name is Angelica Zawada. I will be a sophomore in the fall at St. Peter Marian High
School. I enjoy playing many different types of sports and dancing in my free time. I have been
going to Camp Harrington for so many years there's just too many to count. I can't wait for this
summer, it will be so much fun!
