Arts and Crafts
All Children at camp have 2 periods of arts and crafts a
week. The k-1st graders have 3 periods to ensure they are
able to complete any bigger projects our director may have
the children working on at camp.
Crafts are sometimes related to the theme going on at
camp, but we leave creative control up to our crafts director
to develop age appropriate curriculum for the children they
work with.
Children will often spend other times with their counselors
in the craft shack to create a "special" object for a camp
closing (i.e. a snowman for winter week, a dinosaur for
back in time week, etc.)
