Family Nights
Family Night
Family Nights are a great time for the entire family to
experience “camp” life for a few hours. Once a session
(the 1st Thursday night of a 1 week session and the 2nd
Thursday night of a 2 week session) the staff at camp plan
a special evening for families to enjoy.
Starts at 5:30 and ends at 7:30pm
5:30-6:45pm
>Pizza, soda/water, chips sold for dinner
(or bring your own picnic dinner!)
>Face painting, Balloon Animals, and Cup Stacking on the
street hockey court
>Family Photos near the basketball court
>Family Canoeing
>Family Swim at the beach
>Archery/Climbing wall (for children finished grades 2+ and
adults)
6:45-7:00pm
>Staff Introductions
>Camp Song
7:00-7:30pm
>A Family Festival
Examples from the past include a carnival in the field, a
beach party, Family Olympics, or a Scavenger Hunt
7:30pm
>Children staying for the overnight start the overnight and
families head home
