General Information

LIT & LDP Program (13-14 year olds)
For our older campers we offer a Leader in Training and
Leadership Development Program. LIT is for our 1st year
leaders and LDP is for our returning leaders. As LITs our
leaders spend their morning in groups with younger campers
acting as big brother or big sisters. The afternoon are either
spent in a recreational activity or with their group. As LDPs
the Leaders are placed into tracks (counselor, specialist,
inclusion, etc.) and the LDPs spend their morning time in their
track. The afternoon are either spent in a recreational activity
or with their track. During the Spring or Winter a renuion is
planned for past Leaders to catchup with each other at an
offsite location for a social event.

Teens interested need to complete an application and then
contact Stephan Lockney at 508 869 0586 or
slockney@ymcaofcm.org for an interview. Teens in the
program are considered “Campers in Standing” and must
earn an invitation to return the next year through positive
evaluations.
